While avoiding these foods that can cause bacteria to breed faster would greatly prevent bad breath problems from ever starting, we can minimize problems by simply brushing after each meal. While not exactly a bad breath cure, brushing will remove excess food particles and plaque that are left stuck on teeth. Proper oral hygiene is greatly helpful in preventing bad breath for it can effectively keep bad bacteria in the mouth at bay.
