The Best Chest Exercises

Next to the chest, there isn’t another muscle in the upper body that is more important. Why? It provides the strength for each muscle to lift weights above the head. What I mean is that it aids other muscles like the chest or the triceps to effectively strengthen it. There are specific exercises that work the shoulders better than others and must be included in your free weightlifting routines. Those exercises include: shoulder press, upright rows, and shrugs.
